From a young age I remember my father giving me this advice, drawing my attention to the consequences of the impulsive nature of my reactions or the procrastination that for years haunted my daily life. Thirty years later, I consider this advice of his to be one of the most important and decisive in the way I perceive things today, because it drew my attention to the importance of introspection.

    But let's start with the basics. What do we mean by the word "εαυτός"? Who is this potentially dangerous enemy? The answer is not as simple as we think. Definitely the answer"myself is me” does not cover us. Philosophical as well as scientific theories describe, from their own perspective, a multitude of definitions and explanations.

    During a year of uncertainty and tremendous challenges, Anatolia College’s community of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and Trustees remained devoted to our mission of innovation, excellence, and accessibility. The 2020-2021 report describes a difficult year in many ways. However, it ultimately showcases the tremendous resilience of our community, a community determined to continue the Anatolia experience, whether virtually or on campus. Thanks to the hard work of our faculty and staff, regardless of the hardships faced, we have been able to continue to offer the full Anatolia experience for our students.
