Each episode of History's "American Pickers" normally features a new person trying to thin out a big collection. However, there are some exceptions to this rule. Occasionally, series stars Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz decide they want a second go at looking for gold in one particular picking spot, and we get an opportunity to learn more about the seller beyond their asking price.

Cannot understand logic of first hobo jack episode

What they found was awesome, but, the bike, he said he had all the bike, the motor dissembled, plus another dissembled, yet they only took the frame, surely the complete bike would be worth much more, but the motor and other bits were not in the van or shown to the curator, nothing said of anything other than the frame. And the other motor, it was part of a cycle car, he said he had the complete thing, surely when they did a deal for the motor it would include the complete thing, but no sign of the rest of the unit, defies logic , that any picker worth his salt would only take a portion of a complete unit in both cases,, I used to love this show, but this sort of thing is just idiotic, and start to have me wondering about logic, or common sense. I vote 5 for the fact to see such an amount of wonderful gear in a spot like that and such a character, but I would have been there for weeks going through it.
