  • Places Available for the Paídi Ó Sé Tournament!

    There are still a limited number of places available for the Paídi Ó’Sé tournament which is in it’s 26th year and is going from strength to strength every year with men’s and ladies teams coming from all over Ireland and the UK to compete.

    The tournament will take place from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd February. More than 36 teams men’s and ladies between Junior, Intermediate and Senior grades will play competitive matches against each other in sports grounds surrounding the Dingle Peninsula.

    On arrival the Friday night, all teams will register at the pub where there will be a BBQ provided at the marquee.  The team will then be shown to their accommodation and will get in a good rest.  The first games begin at 12:00pm on Saturday.  After the first game there will be soup and sandwiches provided at the nearby pub/restaurant.  The second game begins at 3:30pm.  For senior ladies the games are first round knockout. However if you lose your first game another can be arranged with another losing team.

    On the Saturday night there will be a banquet where all players and management will get a meal.  This is then followed by entertainment and a disco ‘til late in the pubs beer garden and marquee.
